Deepika’s story is that of a dream becoming a reality. Deepika’s passion for becoming professional photographer led her to walk on her chosen path. Devoid of any professional training, overcoming the initial resistance of parents, with determination and self belief she took to Camera world and thereafter, for her, there was no coming back. After having attended dance workshop under Shiamak Davar , famous bollywwod choreographer, She did a stint in choreographing for Bollywood carnival, Chandigarh Carnival and North India Talent Hunt for various organisations. Even though, choreographing remained a great experience, but her first passion for photographing recalled her back. At the age just 19, when she did her first professional portfolio shoot, she never thought that she would attract clients from USA & UK, besides demand from Tri city (Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula) would increase many fold and her counts became uncountable. Deepika’s recent works include photo shoot for Manchester based Magazine “Common Word”, Glimpse, a Lifestyle and fashion magazine of North India, and Urban Mélange Magazine, a Lifestyle magazine, HT Newspapers, PTC, Lovely Professional University and photo shoots of many celebrities.
