Sitara is a concept label by Kalpana Singh Peelwa inspired by the Indian culture and craft. The idea of creating Sitara occurred Kalpana in 2001, during her time of work at an esteemed export house in Delhi, when she masterfully managed an embroideries project done for an order by Christian Dior. Presenting Sitara, a one stop clothing fashion house specializing in intricate transfer work, old embroideries, zardozi & aari work, tie-&-dye and hand paint. Here, we believe in reviving the age old designs and infusing it with a fresh new vibe.
